For 5th grade or older children.

Knights of Our Lady (boys) and Daughters of the Sacred Heart (girls) will be meeting one Sunday a month at St. Peter’s in Huber Heights. For more information call St.Peter church 233-1503. These groups are wonderful and are for kids ages 5th grade through high school. There is no cost but the group is in need of donations to keep it going. No RSVP needed. The group meets in the building across the parking lot from the church. It is a once-a-month event.

The children spend some time in prayer, some time in the gym with games, time in a talk given usually by a priest or nun, and are then fed a substantial snack at the end. It ends around 8:30ish.

Parents do not need to stay, but the group does need some parents to volunteer and would appreciate any help parents could give.

Please spread the word to all you know who have children in this age group. It is not exclusively a homeschool activity, but is open to all youth. It is a diocesan-run program.
