6.    ***NEW THIS YEAR*** – All sellers must volunteer to help with the sale in one of the following capacities:

  •  Drop off/Set up Friday evening – organizing items on the tables.
  •  Work 8-10 Sat.- helping with any remaining set up/organization, sales.
  •  Work 10-12 noon Sat.- sales, closing out the sale.
  •  Sign maker – create bright, clear, easily read signs for each grade/subject area. I will let you know more as I have a better idea the quantities of each grade level/subject we expect.
  •  If you have a responsible family member you would like to take your place, that is fine. (I know it is hard to miss any of the wonderful conference speakers!)

7.     ***NEW THIS YEAR*** – Sellers are invited to make a donation
from the proceeds of their sales to help defray the costs of the DCHC.
Donations of any size will be much appreciated. A suggested amount
is 10% which is consistent with sales fees at other local used book
sales, but we welcome any donations.

8.   Please contact Debbie Stefan with the number of boxes of curriculum you plan to sell, grade level/subject, and job you would like to do to help make the sale a success! This sale can be a great way to clear your shelves for all the great items you find at the conference! Contact info: cdstefan@donet.com.

9.  The mission of the Dayton Catholic Homeschool Network is to support Catholic homeschooling families in their vocation.  Please do not bring items to sell that contain obviously anti-Catholic sentiment.  Thank you!
